Sudeep Dharan is a seasoned SaaS veteran and repeat exiter with over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the US SaaS market. He has successfully led multiple SaaS companies to exits, creating more than $500M in cumulative shareholder value. With a strong background in strategy, operations, and engineering, Sudeep has scaled startups into global organizations, overseen $50M+ budgets, and driven innovation that improves profitability and growth. His expertise in M&A, coupled with his people-first approach to leadership, positions him as a trusted leader in guiding businesses through today’s evolving digital landscape.
DR EDWIN LEE
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Edwin Lee is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning consulting roles with global firms such as Accenture, Avanade, HP, CenturyLink, and DXC Technology. A certified PMP, he has extensive expertise in systems architecture, enterprise integration, and project management across industries including government, healthcare, finance, and education. Having worked in both Asia and North America, Edwin is recognized for building and leading high-performing teams while delivering complex technology solutions that drive business impact.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Dr. Kelly is the Chief Information Security Officer at Cybernatics, where he drives the expansion of the company’s AI-powered SaaS cybersecurity platform. With extensive experience as a security consultant and vCISO, he has led complex IT security projects for critical infrastructure organizations and held global responsibility for cybersecurity risk at Standard Chartered. His career spans leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, CSC, AT Kearney, Hutchison Telecom, and Booz-Allen, across Asia, Europe, and North America. An international speaker and advisor, Dr. Kelly brings deep expertise in safeguarding enterprises while making military-grade cybersecurity accessible to SMBs worldwide.
