DR EDWIN LEE
CEO
Edwin Lee has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, largely involved in technology consulting with leading consulting organisations such as Accenture, Avanade, HP, CenturyLink and DXC Technology prior to his appointment as Group CEO of Focus Digital Technology Group.
As a highly experienced Technologist, Edwin has extensive systems architecture and design experience on various platforms and applications, as well as project management experience that spans across multiple industries and solutions.
He is a certified PMP with over 20 years of experience in building, managing and leading teams as well as an extensive enterprise systems integration experience. In his extensive career, Edwin has worked in Asia and North America, with clients in the government, education, healthcare, financial, products and resources industries.
SUDEEP DHARAN
COO
Sudeep brings thirty years of leadership, engineering, and strategic planning skills to focus on addressing business and technical issues and helping companies get across the chasm. In today’s post-pandemic world, where dispersed corporate working environments may become the “new normal,” his management skills in companies with multiple offices in different countries have resulted in successful growth opportunities.
He has successfully overseen budgets exceeding $50 million, demonstrating financial stewardship with monthly accountability for fiscal performance. He has enhanced operational efficiency through innovative strategies, achieving significant cost savings without compromising quality or productivity, directly contributing to increased profitability and EBITA.
He played a pivotal role in transforming a small ten-person startup into a thriving organization of 250 individuals, overcoming the challenges of scaling businesses. In Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), he has been both an acquirer and acquired, strategically planning to support due diligence processes effectively.
His education includes BS and MS engineering degrees from Kansas State University, providing a foundation for his career in engineering and technical fields. In the current corporate climate, companies are reevaluating their operating models. Sudeep’s experiences in similar environments make his business technical skills and values highly relevant for companies contemplating the “new normal,” helping them achieve strategic growth objectives.
WONG YEW KEAN
CPO
YK is the Chief Partner Officer and is responsible for growing Cybernatics through partners.
A proven sales and channels leader with more than two decades of experience in various Information Technology roles, he has led sales, channels, technical, business development and management teams with companies like Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
While building strong performing partner ecosystems, YK has also shown to be a hands-on person in taking a business from solution development to market execution via partners.
He has also spent several years growing technology sales by partnering with local businesses across the Asia-Pacific region and has a solid understanding of the digitalisation landscape while working closely with partners to provide business solutions to customers.
DR MICHAEL KELLY
CISO
Dr Kelly is a Chief Information Security Officer to Cybernatics to expand their business and the SaaS product. He is a security consultant on projects implementing complex IT solutions for two transportation critical infrastructure organizations, and has been a vCISO for companies. At Standard Chartered he had a global position responsible for the cybersecurity risk of the information systems, cybersecurity services and ventures.
Cybernatics Pte Ltd was awarded the prestigious Emerging Enterprise award 2024. Cybernatics develops AI-powered cybersecurity software used in Government, with a SaaS version that now makes military-grade cybersecurity affordable for SMBs anywhere in the world
Previously, Dr Kelly worked at Standard Chartered Bank, CSC, AT Kearney, Hutchison Telecom, and Booz-Allen across Asia, Europe and North America.
Dr. Kelly has spoken internationally and travelled extensively for business and pleasure. He is an avid amateur singer and performs regularly.
